Internet Research Seminar Monday!

Dear 8th Grade:

Thanks for a great afternoon with Abby!  She loved being with you.  I hope you are excitedly brainstorming ideas for your series.

I forgot to remind everyone on Friday that Monday is our internet research workshop.  Come with your topics in mind (Cold War or Civil Rights Era) and bring your own personal laptops if you prefer.

What a great week we have had and next week proves to be just as rich.  Hopefully Mr. Song's dad will be coming on Friday to share what it was like living in the woods as a young teenage orphan during the Korean War.  Sound familiar?

I am still reeeally confused about the route of the freedom rides. Can someone tell me exactly what is it? PLLEEZE!! I will love u forvever if u do!

Ronald Norwood Davies (December 11, 1904 - April 18, 1996) was a federal judge for the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota (July 22, 1955 - 1996). Davies is perhaps best known for ordering the integration of Little Rock Central High during the civil rights crisis of the 1960s.
